That is SO not true! There are plenty of Black people in Boone, some native and some not. I am also offended by your post. If it was meant to be funny, it's not.

The Boone police department is not racist, though there may be racist people in any demographic.

Why did you even bring that up? Is it even relevant?

Stay in AZ, not only for the $$ but many other reasons. The rate is what is it here and the 'other' issues are many with one main HC system trying to dominate or eliminate the others. Yes! I am a RN, retired now and thankful I got to retirement before all of my options were taken from me!
