We will be moving to Asheville in the next few months and need to know where to look for houses. Are there good schools in the city? What are the good suburbs with good schools? We looked on realtor.com and Fletcher looked nice. Please send some suggestions! Any info is much appreciated!! Thank you in advance!
Asheville doesn't have 'burbs' we have sprawl. If you are speaking of another incoporated area, i.e. Fletcher, Black Mountain, etc., it is a town, not a 'burb' of Asheville.
South and East have the best schools in Buncombe Co. Fletcher is in Henderson county, and I can't speak for the schools there.
Arden, Fairview, and Weaverville are neither urban nor rural, and have nice schools.
