Hi, I'm unable to find any tenant reviews of this Gorman-built rental property. It's been open since late summer 2007. Any info from a tenant (past or present) or from anyone who may have visited a tenant there would be greatly appreciated. Of particular interest is how well (or badly) soundproofed the bldg. (original or the addition) is, and how the place is managed.

Thanks much!

I have never been in them but since no one has commented yet I would just mention they are on South Ave. so you will get some road noise. A train also goes in an out of the Brewery but I don't think it would cause you much trouble. If this helps it is one place I have never heard complaints about.
