I have a job, but it's not six figures. Probably half the median income, but I don't feel "poor". Of course, at least I have a job instead of complaining that I can't find anyone to pay me as much as I was making before.

It is tasteless to even mention your salary when no one cares about it but you. There is no need to even bring it up. You did it in a classless way in this thread to another poster by rubbing it in.
