No jobs in Atlanta unless you want to do commission sales. No thanks. I guess I'll be starving soon.

Okay, Dingler, er... Workaholic, where are they? Not here in Louisville unless you are big into healthcare.

Excellent question! It seems like here in Indiana that a lot of the jobs are in the skilled trades, like truck driving, CNC machinist, and mining.

My company has been trying to fill two software developer positions that could certainly support a family. C#/asp/jquery/ajax/sql/tfs.

Didn't you say yesterday your wife was (committing fraud) by not reporting income to the unemployment office?

Seems you have a family of people milking the system?

(quote) I will be paid $150 in CASH to talk about health insurance, and the second study next week I will be paid $125 to talk about financial planning. In both cases I will be paid a CASH gratuity. I will be have taxes taken out or be given a 1099. They know who I am but are not reporting anything to the government.

How should this CASH gratuity payments impact my VA unemployment claim?(quote)

I got a job working a call center in OK City for 13/hr. Not what I want to be doing by any means, but it pays enough to live on out here. Couldn't make it in CA, so that is why I am out here in OKC

Maybe you don't realize that your posts are right there for anyone to see without checking every thread on every forum. If you plan on continuing these trollish tales you should either go back to the drawing board and formulate a more iron clad plan or confine your threads to the truth.

Perhaps some traveling this weekend would clear his head?

The job market sucks here too. It's not what you know it's who you know.

Telephone Yellow Pages? You must still be in the 1990s.

And how many years of experience does the company demand?

It's very hard to break into the IT business. Lots of senior/lead level positions but few entry-level. Everyone wants expertise but no one wants to train them up. So the pipeline goes dry and then the companies cry that they can't find qualified applicants.
