For marketing, such a gimmick could work. Probably not as likely in other fields.

Of course, since he replaced the nutritional info but still provided a chocolate bar, he is probably in violation of half a dozen NYC ordinances.

He showed creativity and a sense of humor as well, something lacking in many of today's companies where the emphasis on people Is all but gone. Lots of companies prefer robots as compared to minds and personality and how it can improve the bottom line as well as the work ethics at the job site.
