Ok so my boss got fired from his job..and when he did he took majority of all the employees from the company to his new company..can he be sued? And should i be looking for another job?
So your boss left, took a bunch of co-workers, but not you?
Ouch!
It sucks finding out you were not one of your bosses chosen ones. Now you have to hope that your new boss likes you and values you. But if the new boss brings in their own team, watch out!

1. He probably can’t be sued unless he had a contract and broke it.
2. I hope your job doesn’t entail good grammar or communication skills.
What your boss did isn't illegal/unethical/unusual, and I don't see a basis for the company to sue him unless, as bryson662001 said, he was contractually bound not to do that. If you're asking whether you as one of his former employees can sue him, I can't think of a basis for you to do so (and am kind of baffled at the question).
On the new job question, you are better placed than any of us to assess the stability of your company post-departure. If it will struggle, then yes. If it is still financially sound, then his departure (and the departure of a number of workers) could open doors for you to advance. However, as JacksonPanther alluded to, the fact that you were not selected to leave with him suggests you weren't seen (at least by him) as a particularly valued worker. Maybe you should just focus on being a good employee whether you stay there or not.
