Why don't you let your unemployed clients make up their own minds?
This job doesn't sound too bad really. Depending on the setup of the parking garage there may be tips , bringing the hourly wage up. The 2nd shift allows the job seeker to attend school during the day, and depending on how busy it is, might allow them to get some reading done.
Sure, maybe it is in a sketchy area. Take precautions. Maybe they own a car and don't need to take the bus.
Don't do your applicants a disservice and hide this from them. Let them make their own decisions about their life.

Yes, you are right. Someone who is looking for employement, any employment, would hate paychecks coming from the above jobs.
I worked a temp job once. It was for two days, and it just involved copying. Because I was so efficient (did all of the copying in one day), they recommended me for a temp to hire position. I received that temp to hire position, and was hired on full time ninety days later. I stayed with that company for ten years, and during that time I received four promotions. I left there (for another position) as a Senior Manager making four times my initial salary.
Yeah, you're pretty wise not to pass along a temp postion to your clients. They would hate the chance.

So, it's better for people to just sit and collect UI and public assistance, damage their work history, etc. than work a job or two that may not be "perfect" in YOUR mind?

So you would put someone into a seasonal job (that looks a lot worse on a resume) than a full time job? That does nothing but hurt any chance that person has of getting a better job in the future. Unbelievable. Why would you actively try and hurt someone's future career like that?
