New ways of job prospecting (apply, companies, good, get)

I wanted to share something that is working for me.

Instead of going to LI and dice, which I still do, I now focus on the sectors I really want to work in, get a list of all companies in that sector and apply to relevant openings.

I reached out to my network and asked them if they had a list of all companies in this space and they did! Now I have many more opps to work.

I am starting with the end goal in mind and working backwards with good results.
