I have one in mine and I am noticing a lot of guys here at work do too.
It's satisfying
It's good for a quick snack
It stores well
It could even be an emergency lunch

No, but I bring a peanut butter sandwich for lunch most days.

I keep saltines in my desk, though.

I used to, and had it there for a while for the same reasons.

I also kept some bread in the freezer at work for snacks/backup lunches.

My dad used to keep a can of sardines in the trunk of his car for his emergency lunch.

Every once in awhile. I do have an assortment of snacks (trail mix, granola bars, crackers) in my desk and I generally have a box of cereal as well (I eat it dry as a snack).

I don't but often keep a peanut butter granola bar in the drawer. Helps for the carb crash around 3 pm. Pairing it with an espresso is great for getting through the lazt stretch of the day.

Nope, but I keep trail mix, granola bars, Lara bars, and stuff like that around for days when I need a snack or miss lunch.

I preferred lentil soup and tuna fish. Lean and high protein.
