It wasn't as extreme as this, but my small-ish company "merged" with a larger one a few years back and I was definitely pushed to the side as the new power structure got put in place- which all came from the bigger company. And it was nothing that I could complain to anyone about, because, like you, I would look like a nut-job if I did.
So, I understand how even something that is subtle can really make a job suck.
It's a terrible feeling to be excluded, but it could be that there are "layoff" plans or other plans to reduce the workforce. It's a red flag obviously. In your case, it sounds like your manager is a "control freak", who does this to control her employees.
Keep circulating your resume confidentially.
I've seen this happen several times, it was always followed by a layoff. I think certain managers can't handle the fact that they have to let someone go, so they just cut them off.
Turns out today the boss resigned! Now that's a twist. I'm thinking now that her avoidant behavior was linked to her own issues. So she is moving on in 2 weeks and rumor is she is going to a non-management position. Maybe burn out. Who knows!
