Yes. I have 6, and hired 3 of them but also like the ones I inherited. They all seem to get along well and have good personalities, work ethic, and attention to detail. We're working on time management but that is not a big issue. We will get together outside of work 2-3 times a year and have pot-luck lunches in the office
several times a year.
You can like them but you have to be careful with that -- you're not being paid to like them, you're being paid to make sure the job gets done and that they're all doing their jobs the right way.
If you like them, you might put their personal interests ahead of the job. Or if you like some but not others, that can lead to problems and lack of fairness.
To some extent, yes. Otherwise I would have gotten rid of them a long time ago (or make their life on the job so unbearable that they would be forced to quit).
Never physically met them (both are in India), but they are fine. No reason to dislike them. Not sure if either will ever come to the US. I'm not going over there any time soon.
