And yea I know it's a lot of hours, but one of the jobs is free money basically, easiest job in the world and pays decent enough for me to want to keep it for the meantime. Want to go hard these next few months for a car purchase. Job 1 offered me more perks, shift differential and is counting my 37.5 hours as 40, so I decided to take that. I've worked 3rd shift before, not a problem.
Schedule 1 gives me 2 practically full days off. Weekend would start at 6:00 AM on Friday, then go back on Sunday at 2:00 PM.
Schedule 2 spreads it out so i only have 2 16 hr days instead of 4 but I'm working everyday.
I'm leaning towards schedule 1, interested in opinions though.
And as I said before this isn't permanent, just a heavy 3-4 month push for a car purchase After August I'll go back down to a reasonable number of hours.
I agree with "Joe From Dayton", only you can determine which is truly the best schedule. If I had to work that much, I would probably take Schedule 2.
I don't know if I could do 4 16 hour work days in a row on Schedule 1, especially given the fact that the shifts are only 30 minutes apart. It's like all I would have time to do on Sunday through Wednesday is work and sleep, literally.
