She feels she did well during the actual interview, but the computer part didn't go well and they told her she didn't get the position. Normally I'd say that's it and on to the next one, but they reposted the job which implies that no one else got it either. Should she just try again now that she knows what to expect? I mean, the worst they could say is no, right? And wouldn't it reflect well on her that she's willing to keep trying, or would it make her look bad or desperate for trying for something she was already turned down for? Thanks!

I guess, what does she have to lose? The worst is they reject her a second time and she loses a little time that could be spent looking for another job.

I think she should look for other opportunities. After all, the computer part didn't go well (does that mean that she was tested for computer knowledge?), and that probably put her out of the running.

No. If she was the second or third choice they would have called her. Since they didn't, don't waste everyone's time. Move on.

I think she should move on. They'll probably reject her a second time if she tries again.

Nothing to lose by trying, and maybe everything to gain, so I'd say go for it, but she shouldn't get her hopes up.

Not if she just recently got rejected because it would look odd. You have to wait 5-6 months and then apply again. I was rejected for a job in June of 2012 and applied again in November and was call again for a interview.

If you want your fiancé to annoy the company, go ahead and reapply. Seriously, do you think there's a do-over in interviews?

No, move on. If they liked her, they would have hired her and not taken any risk/chance of losing her.
