....you have two days off and in the middle of what would be the first shift of your first day off you wish you were at work, and didn't have to take a second day off.

That's how I know. What about you?

I don't need to start a C-D thread complaining and asking for advice about my employer/benefits/co-workers.

Ive always liked all my jobs. Yes, a few Ive complained about the low wages, but then at least it was a paycheck. My most favourite job ever, was the one that offered me the most. Great bennies, all the overtime you can handle, being union, 12 paid holidays a year, but unfortunately, they don't have a company I could have transferred to here in AZ.

See, I live for the anxiety. Almost all my decisions are forward looking so I have more uncertainty than most people, but I love it. I love testing the waters. I love the unknown. I thrive in that. I love creating my own future rather than waiting for someone else to do it for me.

You so need to find hobbies!! I have had jobs I love, but enjoy my time off!

I would say I know I like my job when I smile and talking about it.

I had one job in my whole life where every now and then (as in maybe once in a few weeks) I actually looked forward to going into work because I got along with the people there and the job was really easy.

I was friends with a guy there and we used to goof around and we are actually still friends.

But every other job I cannot say there were really any times where I looked forward to going in at all, ever.

And forget about the weekends.

Man, I wish I could do something better.

This would be it for me. ^^^ I remember getting that dreadful feeling on Sundays after dinner.

I have to laugh at the OP's post because I moved this week and took a few days off to unpack and get organized. Yesterday I was wishing I was back at work. LOL But no, that is not at all normal and I usually thoroughly enjoy all of my days off.
