I am a middle aged, burned out RN. I really need to walk away from nursing for at least a while, maybe forever. I have an interview with Dillard's later this week to work in sales. I already realize that I will make a lot less per hour, that's okay and we can get by just fine financially. What I really need to know is what it is like to work at Dillard's vs. other retail stores, if anyone here can tell me.
I am so ready to work somewhere that people want to be and where people aren't sick! After 24 years in nursing, anything would be an improvement!
