My neighbor won a lawsuit for $4.6 million and didn't change anything, although her grown children had a ball. I, personally, would be long gone if I won. But, I really don't like my co-workers that much. However, I don't know how to play the lottery, anyway. Never really thought that a one-in-20-million chance seemed all that attractive. The horses are 1-8 odds, and they serve drinks at the track.

I don't see anything wrong with that. At my last job the only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of my co-workers. I enjoyed working with them, and they made working there fun. In the end I had to leave because the wages just weren't cutting it. I needed a job that paid more.

Can you say "insane?"
If I won that $$ I would never work a job again. I would volunteer and help people but never would I do a job where someone assigns me a $ amount for my time.

Doesn't matter if I loved my job or not after winning $$$$$ because I'll probably get fired asking for 3 weeks vacation every month to travel the world. LOL!

$2.6 million is not much today. You'd probably have to continue working. If i won that much i would quit my job, but only to go to school and get a master's degree and not have the stress of car, mortage, etc. when i got that job out of college.

Nothing wrong with that. Though being a simple country girl, I wouldnt want to live a 'rich' life, I would still prefer to stay low-key and continue working.

at 6% interest of 2.6million, its: $156k.

6% Interest if you have 2.6million in the bank is not hard.

I could easily live off 156k/year
