I feel I'm at that point, having worked in school districts where I've seen child endangerment, fraud, bullying among adults, you name it.
For someone who is honest and ethical, I'm about done with the shenanigans.
Anyone take this step because you finally had seen enough b.s.?

Sure, 17 years of business office work, and the politics got too much to bear any longer. I had the business with great success for 16 years, raised 3 kids and then the recession hit. It's not without politics, though, having to deal with contractors, commercial landlords, various government regulatory agencies and of course, customers.
Now I'm back to another office, though the politics have not been nearly as bad so far, after 6 years I'm enjoying the benefits, vacation time, regular hours and pay checks every other Friday. And, I'll be there long enough to get a pension.
