My parents say the bathroom issue is causing me anxiety and driving me crazy and I should quit before I snap.
As for saying I would be happy to transfer if the bathroom issue is fixed, they are not going to install like 20 extra toilets and rebuild the whole bathroom and have to take up space in other rooms, around it, just so I will transfer.
Have you thought about counseling? I’m being serious... you seem to be so fixated on this bathroom issue.
You mean like Diapers? I don't want to smell like I have been going to the bathroom though. I have been going when I am not suppose to and waiting in line and coming back late, just to go.
Of course I'm fixated on the issue though, it bothers me, what worker, wouldn't this bother?
I called just OHS but I can the labor department as well and try.

You’re too afraid of not getting a good reference to be honest with them about how the bathroom issues affect you, but not at all concerned about reporting them to the state? That doesnt even make sense. Use this to practice being assertive, and tell them directly.
Have you been looking for a new job, one that doesn't have this strange bathroom issue?
Yeah I haven't found one yet cause for the past few months, all the jobs available wanted qualifications I didn't have. Still looking, just don't think I can hold out on the bathroom issue much longer.
As for the department of labor, I don't like dealing with them cause they don't do anything. I called them in two previous jobs where they were forcing the employees to work too much overtime, and all they did was find the companies.
But then the boss forced us to work more overtime to make more products to sell to make up for the fines.
The department of labor is okay with letting the bad work standards continue as long as they pay their fines. The are not actually willing to shut a company down, so there are either powerless, or perfectly happy with just fining and that's it, it seems.
