I can understand your quandary, but only you can make the final decision.
I would offer two things: 1.) No job is nirvana. 2.) If you make a move and after a year or so you decide it is not what you were looking for, be honest with yourself and look to make another move. Its a new world where people change jobs frequently. Neither employers nor employees have any commitment to one another any longer. You think if you current employer takes the gas pipe they are going to hesitate to can your butt? Not in the least.
I just had a job interview today that went great. I think I might have a real chance at the job. It's just that... I'm just not sure if I should leave my current one.
However, in back of all these happy things, something feels wrong. There have been many rumors, and not just rumors but actual signs, that this company is going downhill in a serious way. Good people have been leaving. There have been leadership problems. Some of my co-workers have grown extremely negative and cynical. I also don't really like my current boss very much, and have to spend a lot of time around him daily, which I think is bothering me a lot.

If what you typed here is true and honest, you better make tracks. Best to be to the side of the train instead of in front of it.
I would jump. I would be suspect if good people (having been at the company a long time) were leaving and if there were financial issues. I worked for a company years ago where the turnover was high and a lot of my co-workers who had been with the company years started complaining more often and making comments like "this place just isn't like it used to be". I took note and eventually left and when I did many (who I was on good terms with) told me they "didn't blame me one bit and would have done the same".
