I'm a RN that is seriously thinking about a change to surgical & office nursing for a plastic surgery & breast augmentation group....& I would like to hear from anybody that has experience in this field.....pros & cons you have found.....separate from the personality of the doctors ofc.

I'm a RCIS in a cath lab & I love what I do but because of scheduling........I'm thinking about the change. Thank you!!!
