Why are you concerned about a female getting pregnant? Are you actually serious that you wouldn't hire a woman on that premise alone? What if she doesn't like kids? What if she's sterile? What if? Those aren't questions you can ask in an interview and would have no knowledge. You could be passing up the perfect person as manager just because you're afraid she may get pregnant.
Damm, I just remembered why a woman can't be a manager of my enterprise. She may get pregnant and when the time comes to go away to spit it out a replacement may not be avalible.
