You have to think outside the Box and come up with new ways to get back into the workforce.

Look in the paper, talk to people and let them know you are looking for a specific type of job not just "I'm looking for anything, really", join a group or network of professionals, join the chamber, let everyone know on your facebook page what you do and that you are available. Go to job fairs, I could go on...

So let me get this straight:

1. Don't look for jobs online.
2. Don't look for jobs in the newspaper.
3. Don't look for jobs at a career fair.

Anything I'm missing?
