Not sure why he felt the need to CALL you to tell you something like that. If that ever happens to me that conversation would come to a end so fast they will forget they called me
Interesting how you complain when prospective employers don't call you but now you are complaining because someone's prospective employer has the decency and professionalism to call someone and tell them that they did not get the job. Most companies wouldn't even call.....they would send some templated letter saying you were rejected.
I don't know what your deal is but according to your postings there is something there and it's very negative and pessimistic.

why the hell would I want to hear on the phone I didn't get the job? The interview I had last monday, if I was to get a call and see Career and Academic Development Institute on the caller id, I would just know it means I;m going to be offered the job not be told they hired someone else.

I agree. I don't know if I would want to be called and told that I did not get the job. Seeing the caller ID or hearing the voice of the hiring agent might get my hopes up.

Yeah I was asking because this is all new to me because the one job I was offered 10 years ago was on the spot. So I'm not familiar with receiving a call about a job offer.
Wow, the means you are in your late 20's or early 30's, and as naive as a high school sophomore?
