I am employed. Not yet, exactly as they have to sign paperwork and take a drug test etc. but; they have said "I have the job."
Thank you for the people on CD that have supported all the job seekers (including myself) with your compassion (in most cases) and insight. Once I start, I obviously won't be posting on here before 3pm anyway but, I will continue to visit to offer hope to other job seekers.

PS> The job is with the Panel Interview that asked the Illegal questions so as Anerk pointed out, sometimes they are just curious or just wanting to make sure it won't be an issue.
