And I am soo excited!!!

It happened sooo fast. Last Thursday, I called my staffing agency to find out when my contract would be ending since I'm down to the last 2 weeks. Word came back that they may extend me a few weeks but that was it. Saturday I applied to 6 jobs. Monday, the recruiter called me back for a marketing specialist position. Tuesday, we met and she then submitted my info to the company. Wednesday (yesterday) I interviewed with them and it went phenomenally well! The manager was so impressed with my resume and background and it seemed to be exactly what he'd been looking for (a direct marketing specialist). Thursday, got the offer!!!! I start in a little over one week.

It's another contract position but for 6 months with the opportunity to go permanent and its in line with my skill set. And its more money!!!!

I'm so psyched!!!

I always believed when one door closes, another one opens up in its place. Congratulations!

Ya know, I never quite believed it before, but I told myself something else was in store for me last week. I just wasn't expecting that new door so soon!

If one door closes and another one opens it's usually because a window is open blowing a strong breeze in creating a vacuum like pressure. I had an apartment where that would happen all the time and the door would slam. Regardless of all this talk, congrats I wish you the very best.
