i mean, i can continue, but you should get the idea. You try to narrow things down with a liberal arts major when, in fact, you have no idea how many doors it can fling open for you. truly.

There is no "common job" that liberal arts majors get. We get all sorts of jobs. There are Economics majors who decide to become teachers. There are Education majors who decide to do private equity. If LA majors were all going for the same "common jobs," then I'd be very very worried. cheers.

Liberal arts majors actually have a pretty good array of career options available to them...Ive seen positions for Public Relations Specialists, Communications Specialists, HR Positions, Multimedia Designers...more options than I wouldve guessed would be available to liberal arts majors at least.. of course thats assuming someone with a college degree can even get a job nowdays.

I'm starting to think Kansoku has an angle. He's been on this forum for the last few weeks asking similar questions and, to an extent, making implications about people with certain educational backgrounds or work experience. Part of me thinks he's trying to trigger a specific response.

I'm not sure I approve.

"Your career choices can include teaching, communications, media, advertising, marketing, public service or law. You might work in the business, government, non-profit, science, social science, music, or language sectors. Your job opportunities can be as diverse as labor relations specialist, women's rights advocate, or planned donations officer at a museum."

This is a stupid thread. Here, I'll list some jobs:
  • Professional MLB Player
  • Professional NBA Player
  • Professional NFL Player
Does this mean that a degree in Liberal Arts will get you a career as a professional athlete? No.

You might add:
  • President
  • Astronaut
  • Sailer
  • King
  • Queen
  • Prince
  • Princess
  • Dog Whisperer
  • Actor/Actress

Haha, it is such a silly question. LA degree holders end up in a variety of fields. The same goes for Business degree holders and even Engineers.
