I'm not gay/bi, but I can comfortably acknowledge the attractiveness of women. So, I would have to say Hong Kong. Every single woman I've met from Hong Kong was gorgeous: exotic eyes, great skin, great shape (thin but not anorexic), they always look as though they are dressed to impress, etc.
As for guys, since the OP made it fair , I would have to say Newcastle, England. I know, Englishmen are usually stereotyped as being hideous, but many of the cutest guys I have met were from Newcastle (and none of them spoke Geordie, though I have met many people who did speak Geordie).
I haven't been to all cities in the world but you will find the most pretty girls/women/men etc in the biggest cities. The bigger the city the more women/men and the more choice. That may be a city like Peking, Los Angeles, London or whatever. And of course it depends on where you are from. An American mght find the women in Los Angeles less attractive than in another, seemingly more exotic city.
Sorry, questions like that (including best/most boring cities, counties...) are completely pointless.
....the women in Montreal and Quebec in general look naturally beautiful. But what impresses me the most is that they seem polite and have a good taste in fashion.

Judging by some of the teeth I saw on Brits last carnival, I would say many truly would be better without their teeth. I thought Austin Powers had cured the Brits of this, and they were taking care of their choppers, but evidently, whatever hole these hobgoblins had crawled out of, they hadn't seen the movie. I think if I had the choice between spending a ton of money to come on a trip to Rio during Carnival or spend that money to make myself not look like a rotted tooth version of Bucky Beaver I would have picked the teeth.
My compliments. I love your country. It's got some really beautiful scenery and a very rich culture. It's my sincerest hope for the Colombian people that they can improve the political and economic situation so it can reach its potential. I really think that Colombia can be one of the up and coming countries in South America.
I'd have to say the Nice-Avignon area in southern France. But as for those I never saw in real life (and wished I had), that would be those long-legged Visigothic-looking Spanish ones on Telemundo and Univision, wherever the heck they film that!!!
