For Guyana i think:
Small South American country

For Croatia i think:
Beautiful scenery, across the sea from Italy.

Next:
Israel
For Israel:

In the Middle East, but has a lot of European influence.

Surrounded by plenty of hostile neighboring countries and with very tense relations with most of those countries.

Despite the neighboring countries, Israel seems to be doing well enough for now considering the situation.

Tel Aviv has a prominent nightlife and beach scene that appears fun, and vibrant, but still very easygoing/laid back/relaxing.

One of my favorite cafes/espresso bars in the USA is originally from Tel Aviv Israel. It has a very independent character but is a small chain that has locations in Tel Aviv, New York City, and Miami. That café has plenty of seating, nice modern looking ambiance, wireless internet for computers, plenty of foods/desserts other than just coffee/tea.

Israel has extensive history for people that are Christians, Jewish, etc.

Israeli people sometimes appear to have a unique character/personality that is quite different from other nationalities. I am not sure yet if that is the good or bad type of unique for Israeli people.

Wow, some people don’t seem to know much about Belgium, so I will add some further information:

The cities of Brussels, Antwerp, Gent, and Brugge.

Belgium has some of the most underrated architecture in the world, especially in Brussels. There is plenty of impressive architecture in Brussels.

Belgium has a nice geographic location bordering France, Netherlands, and Germany.

Is part of the Benelux region with Netherlands. However, Netherlands and Belgium are quite different from each other. A lot of people say Netherlands is actually more similar to Denmark than Belgium.

The European Union has a main headquarters in Brussels.

Most Belgium people are tri-lingual and have fluency in at least 3 languages, and sometimes up to 5 languages.

Brussels is a very bilingual city, similar to Montreal but with French-Dutch.

Belgium has an active separatist movement between the Flanders and Wallonia regions, and it seems to be such a ridiculous and not necessary separatist movement for this country.

The country of Belgium does not have its own language with that name such as the Belgium language, which might catch some people by surprise. The official native languages of Belgium are French and Dutch.

Belgium is also known for:

- many fine beers

- perhaps the place where french fries (chips) originated, usually eaten with mayonnaise rather than ketchup!

- many large hard cover comic strips like the Smurfs, Tintin, Lucky Luke, etc.

For Japan:

A wealthy country with plenty of middle class/upper class people, a low poverty rate, and a very low crime rate. Also, very efficient, organized, modern while also still being exciting.

People are reserved/serious but still enjoy having fun, and still can be very friendly/relaxing/sincere. People tend to work hard in school/careers but also play hard with leisure activities with their lives outside school/careers.

The heavily populated cities of Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo. The towns of Nagano and Naha.

Has plenty of urban/big city buzz but still has plenty of nice high quality nature scenery areas too such as in the Japanese Alps, and plenty of subtropical beaches. The vegetation of Japan is lush and relatively unique.

Japan occupies the islands of Honshu, Shikoku, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa.

Has a lot of modern architecture, but also has a surprising amount of historic architecture that exists.

Japanese culture is vibrant and relatively unique, but still gets plenty of influence from other countries.
