Nobody expect your men to wear "those Speedos"" but what is and has been considered swim wear in Europe. Do you gawk:>)

This "does it look gay if...." seems to be a regular theme among American men in the clothing and fashion forum...sandals, shorts, you name it.
So, when I was a 7 year-old wearing long shorts back in 1975, I was trying to not look gay?

no, but I am sure you were not the person who picked your long shorts in 1975. You dad during the years you grew up already made sure that you only consider long trunks as the only acceptable option for a man to swim in.

several people have mentioned it is not either a long trunks or tight speedo situation.

There are options in between, and somehow you guys intentionally make this issue about not liking Speedos.

Speaking of looking bad, like those long trunks look anything better. They just hide more.

true.

A fat man with a 36+ waistline of course will look bad in Speedos, but they look bad in everything in general anyway, and the trunks are not gonna help.

If they are so concerned about "looking bad", I suggest never show any part of their fat and hideous body in public at all.

Do people like to see those saggy man boobs any better than fat bellies and thighs? I don't think so.

Only guys with small packages are afraid to wear Speedos imo.

Because of fashion women haven't learned to appreciate male legs, only their own.
