Cultural History: Spanish America easily, Some of the oldest civilizations started here, Lots of amazing archeaological sites. Its really not even close.
Economnic influence around the world: Brazil?
Cultural influence around the world: Spanish Americas through Music, literature and art...and food also. Spanish america has been influential in politics aswell (Che guevara, Castro, Chaves etc etc).
