What nationalities are among the cheapest according to your experience?

I would say Israelis. Constantly asking and begging for coupons, additional discounts, "forgot my coupon.. You say don't have any... They say call manager or we won't shop", return/repurchase items on sale, etc.

The Dutch have a well-deserved reputation for being stingy. It's always fun to eat out with a group of Dutch people, because at the end of the meal they whip out their calculators (or these days, I suppose, their smartphones) and figure out how much everyone owes to the nearest 5 cents.

The stingiest person in the world would be Angus van Wongberg.

I found the Chinese to be very generous when hosting guests (not cheap at all).

You ever try to get an extra package of soy sauce from them? "Extra soy sauce 25 cent Extra"... You gave me one package of soy sauce for this big ass box of rice. Black Americans and Jewish are pretty cheap also

It's like several dollars at the store for big bottle of soy sauce--go buy one and you'll never have this problem again--or just stop being so cheap.
