Cities like Greensboro, Greenville, Dayton, Chattanooga, Bridgeport, Worcester, McAllen, Syracuse, Lexington, Stockton, Huntsville, Youngstown, Toledo, Winston-Salem, Ogden, Provo, Lansing, Lancaster, Kalamazoo, Shreveport, Brownsville, Killeen, Reading, Hickory, Beaumont, Canton, Saginaw, Huntington, Green Bay, Eugene, Gainesville, Lubbock, Spartanburg, Evansville, Roanoke, Kingsport etc. is what this poll needs.
I've heard of the Toledo in Spain,Lancaster in King Arthur,Canton in Switzerland,and Huntington the disease.
I've heard of them all as I read a lot of books set in the US and watch so many US programs as well. In Australia you get programs like 20/20, Jimmy Fallon, Dr Phil etc. I think most people of the world are very familiar with the US.
