This includes food from every part of Asia.
Factors to consider:
  • Variety of Asian food options
  • Quality and authenticity of food
  • Whether such food is considered as a part of daily life or more as an "exotic" specialty

NYC

You said every part of Asia, and NYC has communities of significant size for every part of Asia which is something that does not really exist anywhere else. While NYC and its metropolitan area might not have as high of a proportion of population that is considered Asian under the US Census, there are the two caveats 1) North, Central, and Western Asia are generally classified as White under the US census and NYC and its metropolitan area has a lot of migration from there 2) the sheer population size is so large that there remains sufficient numbers to have a living and working community to support restaurants and other eateries of those communities. That goes into the variety and authenticity of food, and the authenticity of the cuisines. The one part that it gets dinged on is certain produce as its climate isn’t one that can grow a large variety of produce, especially that of tropical climates with ease, and so they must be imported.

The UK has some very food Indian, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants and has some historic China towns, with links to both sea trade and British former colonies such as Hong Kong.

Australia which is closer to the region also has a lot of great Asian restaurants and cusine.

The best Indian food I've ever eaten wasn't in London but actually in a restaurant in a small market town in Kent (Edenbridge), unfortunatrly I havent been for about 15 years because the last time I was there there was a mass brawl and I've never been back! So it may of changed! The best 'take away' Chinese food I've ever eaten was in a non-descript part of Crawley in West Sussex - I don't think it's necessarily the big cities that monopolise the best restaurants.

Lima, Peru. Not only great Asian food but amazing fusion with Asian-Native American cuisine.
