None of the above. I live further south than some parts of Mexico, and I do not consider that to be Central America nor Northern America.
The Sakhalin Islands north of Japan are considered Eastern Europe?
Can anybody tell if Greenland (and Iceland) are colored for Northern America, or Northern Europe? No wonder the UN is not taken seriously.
Greenland is colored for Northern America, Iceland is Northern Europe. If you live in the US it's Northern America, Texas has a way different life style then Mexico. Sakhalin island is populated by ethnic Russians. Besides the geography, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from some other random Russian European city, except for the few Japanese architectureal vestiges. But yes it's not perfect, but that's how the UN devided the world.
As a German I am quite unable in identifying with Western, Northern, Eastern and Southern Europe. Why not include Central Europe?
I agree
Central Europe : Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic.
