People from Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Panama and Costa Rica, are probably the most mixed in the world.
Most people in those countries have European, African and Amerindian (Native American) ancestry at the same time.
In the case of Brazil, you can also easily find people who have a bit of Syrian / Lebanese ancestry and Japanese ancestry.
In fact, I believe there are dozens of thousands of Brazilians who have Japanese ancestors, Syrian / Lebanese ancestors, European ancestors, Amerindian ancestors and African ancestors, all at the same time.
And not to forget the Jewish Sephardic ancestry of many Brazilians, specially in the Northeast, because the Sephardis went to hide in Brazil, posing as Christians, after they were expelled from Portugal and Spain. They posed so well that their children became actual Christians...

Probably Brazil is one of the most pure people in all Latin America, even in %.

Reason: Personal attack
By the way, the 3 states of Southern Brazil represent a tiny percent of Brazil's population, and are not nearly representative of the demographic reality of the country.
Even so, I have proved many times here on City Data Forum that more than 60% of the people who live in the 3 Southern States have at least 5% of African or Amerindian ancestry, so the majority of the population of that region is far from "pure".
And in the other regions, the admixture degree is much higher.

In others L.A. countries they are basically Spanish and native Americans mixed many of pure native Americans and a few pure Spanish whites and in some countries they have blacks too.
They are basically just this two folks Brazil is much more diverse.

Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama and Costa Rica are more or less like Brazil: those countries also have mostly tri-racial people (not only bi-racial).
