I feel like the Caribbean is largely left out of this discussion but what is worthy of note is that Caribbean countries have been mixing for a while as well, whether it be English, Spanish, French, or Dutch speaking Caribbean. In each of these countries you'll find many people who are damn near 100% of a single ancestry but there are also a lot of people who are mixed. For example in Trinidad you have a lot of people of mixed Indian and African ancestry with slight Spanish or French admixture as well.

Central Asians too.
Uyghurs range from blond hair blue eyes to completely East Asian looking. And they all consider themselves the same ethnic group, and actually speak the same language, and practice the same religion. Moreover, they believe they have the same ancestry.

Some italians and greeks were mixed with arabs/berbers because of the previous empires and trades.
They may be mixed but they ain't part of the discussion of the most mixed people.

It's because the Spanishes brainwashed people to believe that just because you have white skin you're automatically better than everyone else. Fortunately countries such as Paraguay are fighting back against this

You may know people with these mixes and I am pretty sure any country that is moderately western with at least 50 million people will have at least one of these mixes, not to take away from your comment but the U.S only has like 2% noticeably mixed people, and even if you expand to includes those 20% or more you may reach something like 30% of the population.

At first I was going to say Latin America but most mixes in Latin America seem to be between the indigenous and Spanish or African with Spanish /
Portuguese.

I'd say the most mixed place is probably the Caribbean and select parts of South/Central America.
