I think the residents of Eastern Ukraine would be surprised to find themselves considered part of the "Near East". Not to mention those in southern Russia and the Georgians.
Davy, notify me please when mighty Putin will start moving mountains and oceans around to complete the major geographical changes. Keep me in the loop please, I don't want to miss this historic moment)))
Armenia is Central Near East together with Cyprus, Turkey, Northern Syria, Northern Iraq, Northwest Iran, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Southern Russia and Eastern Ukraine.
Turkestan, Khorasan and Balochistan are Middle East.
If you net someone from the Caucasus, an Eastern Ukrainian or a Southern Russian and called them Middle Eastern I don't think you would end up well.
These countries have **** all to do with the Middle East on a cultural basis
You're the only person that thinks eastern Europe is the Near East.
I don't think the Baltics, Poland, Belarus, Western Ukraine, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Greece and Bulgaria are Near East.

No, because Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, and some would argue Romania and Moldova, are in Central Europe, not Eastern Europe. Russia to the Urals is Eastern Europe, and many would add Ukraine (all of it) and Belarus, not to mention the Caucasus.

Only parts of Russia that are European are Kaliningrad, Murmansk and Karelia.
Western Russia, Ukraine and Belarus are European. No matter how hard you try to convince yourself it will never change and a few people will even call you ignorant for this.
I get that you don't like the Politics which have been pursued by these countries but that doesn't change what they are on a geographical basis
