Finnish, of course, as I'm Finnish. There is no 'The European' ethnicity which would cover everything as a compromise. The Big Four (Germany, France, Britain, Italy) are not surprisingly those who have contributed the most to the modern society.

Let's call them the "Imperials". They will have Roman names and wear Roman legionary armor and constantly be at war with their barbarian neighbors the Nords and the Bretons. I don't know about Florida, but in New Mexico, 'Hispano' specifically refers to people primarily of Spanish descent as opposed to mestizos or Spanish speakers of indigenous or African blood.
