Don't know how the UN classify it, but in here it is considered independent in the same way as San Marino. I'm 100% sure about it.

Yes, all microstates. If you can drive trough the whole country not even having to stop to take a leak, it's a microstate.

Depends on how much one drinks, i drink 6 liters per day, i can't drive 4 hours without taking a pi$$.

I would call them ministates, which is larger than micro.
