Venice, definitely. Most walkable city anywhere.

Venice is maybe the most swimmable city, but definitely not the most walkable due to massive density and being confined to bridges across the canals.

Usually depends where you live in that city. Sure Amsterdam is walkable in the Centrum, but head out on the Metro toward the Zuid-Oost and you need a car or take transit to do your grocery shopping.

Same with Vancouver. Our downtown is extremely walkable to everything, but there are parts of the suburbs that a car is needed.

So there are scores of cities where someone can walk to all the things they need, depending on where they live, usually in the centre.
