This took some doing, referring backwards and forwards to the Wikipedia list, but here goes! Have only listed places I’ve spent at least one night in (though most are multiple nights or more than one visit) and I haven’t included flight layovers.
Alpha++ London, New York City
Alpha+ Beijing, Shanghai, Paris, Tokyo
Alpha Amsterdam, Brussels, Chicago, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, Madrid, Mexico City, Moscow, Sydney, Toronto
Alpha- Boston, Luxembourg City, Manila, Melbourne, Munich, San Francisco, Seoul, Stockholm, Vienna, Zurich
Beta+ Atlanta, Auckland, Barcelona, Brisbane, Bucharest, Budapest, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Miami, Rome, Vancouver, Washington DC
How much are you missing travelling? You obviously have done a lot.
I have not time to list where I have been but will have a go at my favourites;
London, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Ottawa, Matera
Yes, I was very lucky to be able to travel every couple of years for 40-odd years. I had my own business, so as long as I organised my clients' requirements, I could take off for several weeks or even a few months. End of financial year being 30th June helped, as some clients had already spent their budgets and others weren't ready to allocate for the coming year!
I miss the idea of travelling more than the actual travelling. A few years ago I developed really bad vertigo, and also have severe degeneration of the cervical (neck) discs which affect the nerves in my dominant right arm. So I walk like a drunk and can't manage suitcases on and off of luggage belts or up and down stairs. Nor can I cope with being cooped up in the plane for hours on end, much less handle turbulence (neck). The result is that travelling is no fun anymore. It's become more trouble than it's worth. Sad but true.
I always tell people to travel while they still can, because the day may come when they can't.

Wise words people should heed to.
I know I was glad I did.
My grandparents were world travellers. I was one of the few as a child that actually enjoyed then endless slides and films they brought back. I did a bit of travelling when I was a kid, but travelling with adults as a child is of course a different experience.
I was in my 20's, and had never been off the North American continent, except to Hawaii. I wanted to go to Europe, but was a bit hesitant. My grandmother told me to go, because the trip I will have there in my 20's is going to be different than a trip there in my later years. Didn't really get what she meant. So I went.
I've been back many times, and each time I think of her. She was right. The energy one has in their 20's to walk all day and party at night, make fast friends and have all sorts of adventures, is certainly different than the more tame, slower pace trips I take now. Both are wonderful in their own right, but I'll never travel again, like I did in my 20's..or even 30's !!
So anyone here hesitating, when it's safe to do so, GO!
