The southern tip of South Africa around Cape Town. SW Asia along the coast of Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Iran. Chile and Peru in South America. Most of Australia. I'd definitely say USA does in specific regions (particularly Southern Florida area)

Seriously though, I'm guessing Panama might fit... humid and hot most of the year around, most of the country is low elevation too just like FL. Parts of Brazil too perhaps?
