I was hanging out with some international students and can't remember for the life of me where the girl on the end is from.

I was talking to her for a while so I'm a little embarrassed to ask.
Though, I do know her first name is Anna.
I also know the guy on the right is Turkish and the girl in the middle is half-American, half-British.
What do you think?http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc152/kobrien8844/n2017523_50414309_26921.jpg (broken link)

Well I for one don't recognize her. Maybe someone else on City Data might have met her before, but the chances that they asked her where she was from are probably about 50/50.

Good luck.

It's very difficult to say from one picture. I guess Hungary for now. I would say she's probably from northern or eastern Europe.

Anna is a common name in many countries. Does she have a foreign accent? Try to describe it if she has one.

why don't you just ask her or the 2 other people in the picture..
this is an exercise in futility..
she looks white to me, but that could be any country... just like the anglo-american girl, who would have known that if you hadn't said anything
and anna as a name could be again from any country...

She kind of look like me and I am Swedish so you never know. Brown hair , dark eyes but yet full blooded Swede. I I guess just from her picture I say German or somewhere in Central Europe or maybe Italian. But then, thats what people think when they see me!

Give me a break people.

There is no way anyone is going to realistically narrow where she is from down based on her looks and name.

She has a very generic name used through out the world and she has no distinct look or marking on her that would make her stand out.

Again, she could be from anywhere ranging from Australia, to Zimbabwe to Britain.
