Q: "As the summit takes place in Copenhagen, how will you personally judge success or failure of that gathering?"
A: "...we are making a decision based on which you would decide if the Maldives will exist or not."
"…and the Maldives would not be alone. Worldwide coastlines from Bangladesh to Boston would be threatened, displacing an estimated 10 percent of the world's population, some 600,000,000 people."
