The Canadian Rockies are majestic and the Maritime provinces interesting.

Mexico, on the other hand, has huge volcanoes, ancient Aztec ruins, stunning beaches, and a really cool culture. I still imagine it being like an old Western movie or something, the broad, brown vistas, canyons, quaint pueblos with hombres taking siestas wearing sombreros, vibrant parties and mariachi bands, the bustle of modern Mexico City.
PEI [prince edward island] and nova scotia, cape breton island, and newfoundland-amazing!!!!! did i say, amazing?
quebec and montreal,also amazing....
these amazing places made this poll tough for me....if not for them,it would be mexico hands down.

right now,i'd say mexico,but it's very close!!!!

Canada! But thats because it is most similar to where I am from and where I live. The only reason I would go to Mexico would be to lay on the beach in Can con. for a week or so.

dulled down version of America? ouch!

It pretty much would boil down to how much money and time I had, since Canada's more expensive. If I had < 2 weeks, probably Canada. For longer trips, I could properly explore parts of Mexico.

That's strange to me. Why would you travel at all, if you just want to go to places like where you live?
Also, I personally can only lay on the beach for a day or something. It's boring and hot to me.

Mexico.

Canada is only a 6-7 hour drive from New Jersey.

Canada is too similar to the US; I want to be thrown out my comfort zone for a while.

Amazing sites such as Guanajuato, Calakmul, Xochicalco, ( which are UNESCO world heritage sites and Mexico has the most in the Americas ).

Great food!

Lovely Ladies.

Wonderful culture and history.

However, just don't drink the water!

I would choose Canada without thinking twice, Toronto to be exact.

Mexico has too much crime and The United States has warned Americans about future travel to Mexico.

The possibility of violent crime or kidnapping occurs on a regular basis in many parts of Mexico.

Canada! I've been to Canada and has lived in Montreal at one point in my life. I don't like Canada but I like it more than Mexico that's for sure! Mexico is a gangster's paradise. I don't know how anyone survives there day to day with all the drug wars and killings going on. I think I would love Canada after getting to visit Toronto or Vancouver. Montreal is big bore INO.

mexico. canada is more similar to u.s. than mexico, so going there would not really be going anywhere different.
