I must say, I really don't understand, if this is Sao Paulo, how it can be said that it is overlooked? I would say that Rio overshadows Sao Paulo in a way, but that does not mean the city is at all overlooked. I was expecting a real overlooked city, like Jakarta, Lagos, Dhaka, or something similar.

Not KL. They drive on the left side of the road in KL. And I don't recognise the skyline. And KL has only ~2-3 million; not 10.
