That's the phonetic spelling of how Okies say Sacratomato, a common nickname that seems to suit the city and gets 70,000 google hits..

A new thread title this morning in another forum:

Non European countries with a large population of European decedents?

I wonder if he meant "decadents" -- decedents over ten years of age.

Perhaps that person wants to know where there are a lot of cemeteries with graves of former Europeans, in order to do rubbings of grave stones.

These recent entries made me LOL today. Thank you, everyone, for the entertainment! The new (and improved?) version of Sacramento is brilliant!

The decedents/descendants mix-up is hilarious! I never knew decedents were included in the population count (well, if the zombies rise one day this could be the case!).

"Congrads" makes me cringe. It's only appropriate if the person you're congratulating is actually graduating! *sigh* The greeting card industry certainly isn't responsible for Americans' inability to use their own language correctly, but this result is still depressing.

"....if some stranger saught out and found my personal contact...."

Not a typo as it's spelled same way in other times the post...

Cool In the comments section ...

... a Yahoo article about banks requiring a "dress code," meaning no sunglasses, caps, or hoodies inside a bank to discourage robbers, someone commented just have people go "necked." Huh? Naked or nekkid--occasionally pronounced and/or spelled that way in my "neck" of the woods. There were other typos in this short commentary, but that one was especially funny to me.
