I can only tell you what mine runs. My house is right around 2440 square feet, two story. Right now my electric just topped out at $200 and some change. This is the highest it has ever been. I keep my downstairs at about 74-75 degrees and my upstairs slightly cooler at least at night. Normally it runs around $150 this time of year. The heat wave and the drought has effected this. My gas this time of year is only $20. In the winter of course everything flip flops. My gas goes up to around $50-60 and my electric goes down to around $80/month.

I have basic digital cable simply so that I can have a DVR and with a cable modem it runs about $120/month. The cable modem is about $45 of that, I believe. This is with no extra movie channels but the DVR is $6-7/month.

My water and sewer bill is around $100/month. Although my lot is only around .10 of an acre, I do keep my lawn green up until water restrictions were put into place last week. Going forward I'll just try to keep the front looking nice. I think it runs around $50/month in the winter but I am not positive on that.
