Roads Update Meeting October 29 at 7:00 PM TONIGHT!!

York County Pennies for Progress and SCDOT officials will be in the Tega Cay Council chambers at the Glennon Center on October 29th at 7:00 pm for an update on several roads. This event is open to everyone and I encourage anyone who wants more information on the Hwy 160/Gold Hill/Zoar Road interchange, the Gold Hill/I-77 interchange or Hubert Graham Parkway to attend. I want to thank Tega Cay officials for inviting the County and SCDOT to the event and for giving them an opportunity to update the citizens of this area on these road projects.

Regent Park HOA Meeting November 12 at 6:30 PM

Your YC Councilman, Michael Johnson will be at the Regent Park HOA meeting on November 12th at 6:30 to discuss County issues and areas of concern in District One. The meeting will be held at Sugar Creek Elementary School and please feel free to come out.

(Might be a good time to inquire on the status of tearing down The Tower.)

You can sign up for York County Councilman for District One Michael Johnson's newsletter at michael@ycdistrict1.com

Do you know if the meeting at Sugar Creek is just open to those in Regent Park? We live in Regal Manor and are also affected by the tower mess and share many of the same concerns as residents in Regent Park.

That is all the info in Michael Johnson's newsletter. You can call the councilman and find out or just go to the meeting. I think Regent Park and Regal Manor are both affected by that eyesore tower. We have had no further news in several months just MorningStar is suing York County (the taxpayers!!!!) We have already sunk thousands of taxpayer dollars into fighting this Tower mess.

I don't do Facebook but if you do your YC Councilman has Facebook.
